The fire service has just released a statement about the crash.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash, a car and a van, with three people travelling in each vehicle.
One person was out of the car when fire crews arrived, but two people were trapped for "medical reasons" and by the impact of the crash.
The three people in the van were checked over by paramedics.
The car roof was removed by fire crews using "hydraulic cutters" and the two people inside were taken to hospital. One of the people from the van was also taken to hospital.
