A tiny Merseyside brewery is now supplying a Michelin star restaurants with top range beer.
Julie and Les O'Grady decided to leave behind their successful aquatics company to start a new business venture in 2015. They launched Neptune Brewery and in their own words "decided to hang up our fishing nets and pick up our mash paddle".
The couple started off home brewing before they set up their base in Maghull a couple of years later. Julie and Les said they are passionate about producing organic and natural beers which are unfiltered, unpasteurised and unfined, reports LancsLive.

Julie said: "Our beer is not force carbonated which many breweries across the UK do with their beer, using C02. We naturally carbonate our beer, and it goes through secondary fermentation in the vessel, which is cask, keg and can.
"All our beer is unfined making it suitable for vegans, something that we have and always will do. More breweries are now doing this. We are also known for our quality beer and consistency."
Double Michelin-starred Moor Hall in Aughton and its sister restaurant The Barn, which are known for their sustainability and for cooking dishes using ingredients they have grown onsite, stock Neptune beers. While fellow Aughton bistro, Tim Allen's So-Lo, also serves the brewery's drinks.
Other local venues include the Cricketers and tap Room no12 in Ormskirk and The Stanley Gate in Bickerstaffe. Neptune's beer names are inspired by the owners' 15-year experience in the aquatics industry, with the Lost at Sea IPA and On the Bounty stout.
The brewery regularly host events, supply beer festivals and take part in tap takeover, while they are working towards opening their own beerhouse and bar.
Julie said: "Doing a beer and food tasting evening helps people realise just how well beer can pair with food. It brings something different to other drinks, and there are so many varieties, choosing can be hard.
"We get great feedback on our beers from the public and our trade customers. Some have their favourites, others are just happy to drink any Neptune. We have various styles of beer out at anyone given time so there is something for everyone."
The new standalone bar is set to have at least 10 pouring beers with the couple hoping to host cheese and beer nights a quiz and a possible Homebrew club. Neptune Brewery, which recently moved to a bigger unit on Wakefield Road near Aintree after outgrowing the previous one, will hold an open day on March 11.
