There are just two more sleeps before Christmas and town was packed with last-minute shoppers and people getting into the festive spirit
Thousands of shoppers descended on Liverpool city centre on the last weekend before Christmas.
The city centre was packed with festive shoppers, tourists and party-goers on Saturday, December 23. Crowds were seen on Church Street, Liverpool One, Paradise Street and Lord Street for some last minute Christmas shopping, with many being seen holding bags from M&S, JD and Zara.
A number of people also took the opportunity to grab their Christmas essentials ahead of supermarkets closing for December 25.
