Opinions are divided on where is the best Chinese takeaway in Liverpool.
As Lunar New Year 2024 is fast approaching, it's the perfect time to celebrate the Year of the Dragon with a Chinese takeaway. The Lunar New Year usually falls on the new moon closest to the start of spring, hence it's also called the Spring Festival. After 2023's Year of the Rabbit, 2024 will welcome the Year of the Dragon.
The ECHO previously reported on ten of the best Chinese takeaways in Liverpool, from Yummy Green to Chung Ku. And while there is no doubt an abundance of choice across the region, opinions are divided.

Readers have since had their say on where their "go to" place to eat is. One the ECHO website, one user wrote: "Kevs on park road, the chefs a genius."
Another said: "Mei Mei on West Derby Road. Noodle Box No 7. You’re welcome." A third added: "salt pepper house booker avenue Liverpool 18 fabulous."
One person suggested the Phoenix Palace in Tuebrook, while another said Xin Xin. Another user commented: "Anna’s is the best chippy in the world."
