Saltburn has been the word on everyone's lips for the past few weeks but now fans of the hit movie have something else to talk about concerning the main character's trip home to Liverpool.
The black comedy follows Oxford University student Oliver Quick (Barry Keoghan) and his growing obsession with the rich and popular Felix Catton (Jacob Elordi), who invites him to spend the summer with his eccentric family at their sprawling, luxurious home.
Part way through the film, Felix drives Oliver – whose shaky Scouse accent has been the subject of much controversy online – to his hometown of Prescot. The scene struck a chord with one viewer, who was amazed by Oliver's sudden shock as they approached the Knowsley parish.

Twitter user @evemmore said: "in saltburn Jacob elordi drives barry keoghan from Cornwall to Liverpool and it takes until they turn into his road for Barry to realise they are going to his parents house. what was he thinking for the other six hours".
The tweet racked up 592,200 views and 14,000 likes from other baffled fans. Shane Kiely said: "Maybe he thought they were headed to the Highland estate that all posh people have?".
Referencing the first episode of season four of YOU on Netflix, in which main character Joe walks an eight-hour route through London in mere seconds, @AishaKhatun1 said: "This must be that same universe Joe Goldberg walked from Royal Holloway to South Kensington via Shoreditch in".
Others pointed out the Saltburn estate was on fact not located in Cornwall, instead being filmed on the grounds of Drayton House, a 127-room Grade I listed estate in Kettering, Northamptonshire. But this would still amount to a three-hour drive in Felix's open-topped car.
@LisahGi said: "I don’t think they were coming from Cornwall. but I still agree with your point. Once they’d been on the M6 for a couple of hours, he might have had a clue".
