Parents are praising a "gorgeous" and "very comfortable" £12 pair of slippers from Next.
Instagram page Mamaloveshighstreet shared a video showcasing children's slippers from the high street retailer. Among them were the faux fur lined clog slippers, which start from £12 depending on size.
The post was captioned: “Here’s hoping that wearing slipper shoes outside the house is ALWAYS in style.” The slippers feature a classic clog silhouette and faux fur lining, as well as a moveable ankle strap. They are available in black, neutral bone, pink and purple.

The video racked up more than 1,000 likes and many comments from excited shoppers. Among the comments, one person said: “My little one loves these, so cosy” and a second wrote: “I want them all for Esme.” Another added: “omg how cute.”
The slippers have a 4.5 star rating out of five on the Next website, with shoppers sharing their opinions in the reviews. One said: “The clogs were a big hit with my granddaughter. She was thrilled with them.”
A second wrote: “Absolutely gorgeous slippers, so comfy. My eight year old never has them off her feet. The fit is perfect, slightly big which you get with crocs and what I was hoping for so they'll last longer. Brilliant value for money, definitely recommend.”
A third shopper added: “I bought these for my granddaughter for Christmas and she will love them! They seem well made and true to size. Arrived quickly and well packaged.”
A fourth said: “Very comfortable, kids loved them.” Another added: "Beautiful and sturdy, comfortable and my daughter loves the charms included. She likes to wear sandals all year around so the lining is great as she’s very sensory when it comes to socks, it’s nice to know she’s not freezing when we are out and about in the colder months."
However, some shoppers were not so impressed. Among the reviews, one person said: “Lovely clogs but too wide, my daughter couldn't walk in them properly.”

Alternatively, Dunelm is selling Kids Mini Me Suedetted Mules, which have a five star rating, for £4.90. H&M’s Paw Patrol slippers are now priced at £4, down from £12.99. M&S is also stocking Kids' Colin The Caterpillar Slippers, starting from £11.
