A mobility scooter was stolen after dozens of garages were broken into overnight.
Police were called to reports of a burglary at Aughton Court on Church Road in Upton. It is understood the break-ins happened happened overnight on Thursday, January 4. It was reported 12 garage doors were broken into and a mobility scooter was reportedly stolen.
Photos of the scene showed forensics and police officers looking into garages. A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said an investigation is now underway including witness, CCTV and forensic enquiries are being carried out in the local area.
