A man admitted he has "no idea" what he saw after spotting a mysterious object in the sky.
Faron Wong, from Toxteth, said he was working from home yesterday afternoon when he decided to step outside for some fresh air. While looking up at the sky and watching the birds he noticed something in his eye line on the step of his Park Road home.
He spotted a strange, metallic shape that was "moving in an odd" way. Taking out his phone to get a better look, Faron was unsure what he had just seen.

Faron told the ECHO: "I took out my phone and zoomed in, then I noticed it was a strange shape, I thought it was odd. At first I thought it was a balloon but then I noticed it was a pyramid shape, it was in three parts cascading through the sky quite quickly.
"I had a funny feeling about it when I looked at it."
Faron said after the object floated past, he went back inside and got on with his day. He then sent a WhatsApp message to a friend and they began theorising over what it might have been.
Faron who is 43 said: "I'm not part of a UFO research community or anything like that but it did not look like a plane to me or a balloon, or some kind of animal. A bird flew past it and I thought it was suspicious. But I could not say what it was."
