A man was found unconscious outside a pub after a fight inside.
Merseyside Police were called to Europa Boulevard, near the junction of Conway Street in Birkenhead, Wirral at around 2pm on Monday, September 18, following reports of an assault. Once officers arrived they found a man unconscious with a head injury outside a pub.
It was reported a man had been removed from the pub after a dispute with another man inside. The man was treated at the scene by paramedics and has been taken to hospital.

The road between Price Street to Conway Street was closed when police arrived at the scene. Officers are asking people to avoid the area whilst enquiries continue.
A spokesperson from Merseyside Police said: "Just before 2pm we received a report that a man had been found unconscious with a head injury outside a pub on Conway Street. It was then reported that a man had been removed from the pub after a dispute between another man.
"The man was treated at the scene by paramedics and has been taken to hospital. Price Street to Conway Street is closed whilst police continue their investigations and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
