Parts of the M6, M53, M56, M57 and M58 will close over the coming week.
Motorways in Merseyside will see closures this week (Monday, March 6 – Sunday, March 12) as National Highways continue to repair the region's roads. This week there will be one weekend overnight closures on the M6, according to the Highways travel planning website.
Sections of the M6 will also be closed overnight from Monday through until Friday.

Here are the motorway closures you can expect in Merseyside this week. This list is subject to changes from National Highways.
Monday, March 6
The M6 northbound between junctions 21A (Croft) and 27 (Shevington) will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 6am.
The M6 southbound between junctions 21A (Croft) and 24 (Ashton) will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 6am.
The M56 eastbound between junctions 11 (Preston Brook) and 14 (Elton) will have one lane closed between 8pm and 5am.
The M56 westbound between junctions 11 (Preston Brook) and 14 (Elton) will have one lane closed between 8pm and 5am.
The M57 northbound between junctions six (Kirkby) and seven (Switch Island) will have one lane closed between 8pm and 6am.
The M58 westbound between junctions one (Maghull Lane) and the M57 will have one lane closed between 8pm and 6am.
Tuesday, March 7
The M6 northbound between junctions 21A (Croft) and 23 (Haydock) will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 6am.
The M6 southbound between junctions 21A (Croft) and 27 (Shevington) will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 6am.
The M53 southbound between junctions four (Clatterbridge) and five (Hooton) will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 5am.
The M56 eastbound between junctions 12 (Rocksavage) and 14 (Elton) will have one lane closed between 8pm and 5am.
The M56 westbound between junctions 12 (Rocksavage) and 14 (Elton) will have one lane closed between 8pm and 5am.
The M57 northbound between junctions six (Kirkby) and seven (Switch Island) will have one lane closed between 8pm and 6am.
The M58 westbound between junctions one (Maghull Lane) and the M57 will have one lane closed between 8pm and 6am.
Wednesday, March 8
The M6 northbound between junctions 21A (Croft) and 23 (Haydock) as well as 25 (Bryn) and 27 (Shevington) will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 6am.
The M6 southbound between junctions 21A (Croft) and 27 (Shevington) will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 6am.
The M53 northbound between junctions seven (Netherpool Road) and eight (Rossmore Road) will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 5am.
The M57 northbound between junctions one (Tarbock) and seven (Switch Island) will have one lane closed between 8pm and 6am.
The M58 westbound between junctions one (Maghull Lane) and the M57 will have one lane closed between 8pm and 6am.
Thursday, March 9
The M6 northbound between junctions 21A (Croft) and 23 (Haydock) as well as 25 (Bryn) and 27 (Shevington) will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 6am.
The M6 southbound between junctions 22 (Winwick) and 24 (Ashton) will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 6am.
The M53 northbound between junctions seven (Netherpool Road) and eight (Rossmore Road) will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 5am.
The M57 northbound between junctions one (Tarbock) and seven (Switch Island) will have one lane closed between 8pm and 6am.
The M58 westbound between junctions one (Maghull Lane) and the M57 will have one lane closed between 8pm and 6am.
Friday, March 10
The M6 northbound between junctions 21A (Croft) and 23 (Haydock) as well as 25 (Bryn) and 27 (Shevington) will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 6am.
The M6 southbound between junctions 22 (Winwick) and 24 (Ashton) as well as 26 (Orrell) and 27 (Shevington) will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 6am.
The M53 northbound between junctions seven (Netherpool Road) and eight (Rossmore Road) will have two lanes closed between 9pm and 5am.
Saturday, March 11
