A road is blocked in Bootle after a suspected house fire.
Emergency services, including multiple fire crews are at Linacre Lane, responding to an incident in a terrace house.
Arriva North West reports that services 52,52A,58,61,61a will be diverted using Hawthorne road and Marsh lane in both directions until further notice because of the incident.

Fire appears to have impacted both floors
The incident appears to be isolated to one house but the fire appears to have impacted both floors.
Block soot can be seen on the top and bottom.
Firefighters are still surveying the scene at the moment and fire investigators can be seen talking to neighbours.

Fire investigation officers are at the scene
When the ECHO first arrived on the scene there were two fire engines outside the property.
However, one has since left. Fire investigation officers are at the scene and inside the house.

Several Arriva North West bus services were being diverted away from Linacre Lane and using Hawthorne Road and Marsh Lane.

Fire and smoke damage can be seen
ECHO reporter Olivia Williams is at the scene, she said what appears to be smoke and fire damage can be seen inside the house.
