Emmerdale viewers are concerned Cain Dingle's legendary time in the village could be about to come to an end.
The character, played by Jeff Hordley, is renowned for his portrayal of the former villainous character. It has been a turbulent time on the show as he was embroiled in a dispute with Aaron Dingle.
The character, played by Danny Miller, has continued to steal cars after his dark turn since he came back to the show. However, Cain has recently found out what he has been doing and confronted Aaron in the garage.

The two came to blows and Aaron knocked him unconscious. Cain took a turn at the end of tonight's show and is set to spend the weekend in hospital as doctors feared he might have brain damage.
Viewers following the show on on social media fear the character's turn could spell the end on his time on the show. SG said: "Ohhh whaaaat!!! They best not kill Cain off"
Mike posted: "Cain doesn’t look in a good way" However, other fans have predicted a problem as they said Cain will aim to recover in a speedy manner as they claimed this has happened previously in the show.
