Dancing On Ice viewers were gobsmacked as Ricky Hatton landed a blow on Stephen Mulhern.
The Deal Or No Deal host started his stint as a full time presenter alongside Holly Willoughby tonight. The two welcomed a new batch of celebrities who donned their skates for the greatest show on ice.
Ashley Banjo, Oti Mabuse, Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean were back in the judging chairs to assess the performances. Stars such as Ryan Thomas, Roxy Shahidi and Amber Davies took to the ice for the first episode tonight.

Former Welterweight champion Ricky Hatton was another of the celebrities who started their skating journey tonight. The Hitman performed a routine to Gonna Fly Not from the Rocky soundtrack.
The 45-year-old finished bottoms of the leaderboard and will have to compete in the dance off next week. However, fans following the show on social media platform X were thrilled with the boxer's participation in the show.
There was a particular segment that surprised viewers when Holly jokingly told the former champion to hit her co-host after he was messing around with one of the microphones.
Hatton landed a punch to Stephen's arm, which sparked the presenter to jump to the ground. Holly was gobsmacked after the moment and a message on Ricky Hatton's profile sent their well wishes to Stephen after the hilarious segment.
