Top pizza chef Nikola Krastevski has expanded his business by opening a stall directly in the centre of Concert Square.
You may have already spotted one of Nikola's pizza pop-ups around the city, with a mobile store on Edge Lane Retail Park (Anni Pizza) and one in St Johns Shopping Centre (Bibi Pizza), which are open seven days a week.
In his latest venture, Nikola has opened his Pizzeria Miki stall in one of the most popular nightlife areas in the city. Located directly next to Modo, Nikola told the ECHO the new spot came from his desire to grow and expand.

He said: "I asked Modo if I could move in and they said yes, basically. I wanted to see where else I could take it and they were happy to help me."
The stall is named after his father who died in 2009. He employs five people across all his stalls and also caters for private functions such as parties, weddings and more.
Nikola came to the UK in October 2015 from Macedonia, travelling on his Bulgarian EU passport. He had a job via an agency and began working in a factory in Peterborough, before friends in Liverpool invited him to moved up to the city in 2016.
Nikola previously told the ECHO: "Friends in Liverpool who have lived here for over 30 years invited me to move as I wanted to start a food business. I found work in (small plates venue) Bacaro in Liverpool city centre making pizza and I saved up with the dream to start my own business.
"I started my pizza business in 2018 and during my days off from the restaurant I had a stall, starting first in Granby Street Market. I also have a stall at many markets across Liverpool.
"After this I started selling pizza from my back yard in Wavertree. This was during lockdown because all the markets had closed and I had little work, so I worked from home. I had to give up my job at the restaurant to focus on my dream of running my own food business".
He added: "I have been able to make a partnership with Frederiks on Hope Street and supply them with pizza. We also attend outside Anfield and Goodison Park on match days.
"I would like to say we are living in important times with us just coming out of the pandemic, and still in the cost of living crisis. If you have a dream just chase it and never give up, because good days will come".
The Concert Square stall is here for good, now running into its third week with pizza planned to be served all year around. Although opening hours are tighter during the winter, Nikola hopes he can deliver the goods all day long when the warmer weather hits.
