Emmerdale's Roxy Shahidi issued a heartfelt tribute to Claire Sweeney as the new season of Dancing on Ice approaches.
The two soap stars will take to the ice for the new season the popular ITV programme in the New Year. Claire is currently wowing fans with her performance as Cassie Plummer on the Weatherfield.
Away from the Cobbles, Claire is currently in training for the show and shared an update on Instagram as her and Roxy completed another day of training. She said: "@roxyshahidi and I had a brilliant day training with @stephenpickavance our last session of 2023. Loved seeing you today Roxy and thanks."

Roxy is renowned for her role as Leyla Cavanagh in the fictional Yorkshire village and reshared the post with the caption: "Loving this gorgeous lady."
Claire, who is also renowned for her role as Lindsey Corkhill in Brookside, responded: "You too and thank you for everything. We got lots done."
It was confirmed Claire was going to take part in Dancing On Ice on an episode of This Morning in September. The 52-year-old said: "I'm really looking forward to going to an ice rink with my son and actually being able to skate and not have to use the penguins they give you to help you stay upright!”
