This is the moment Brianna Ghey boarded a bus to meet the two teenagers who allegedly murdered her.
A girl and a boy, both of whom are aged 16 and cannot be named for legal reasons, are currently standing trial at Manchester Crown Court charged with murdering the 16-year-old, who was knifed in the head, neck, back and chest during a "sustained and violent assault" in Culcheth Linear Park in Warrington on February 11 this year. Girl X, from Warrington, and Boy Y, from Leigh, both deny this count and "blame each other".
Deanna Heer KC told the court during the prosecution's opening earlier this week that messages between the two youths in the weeks and months before the stabbing "showed a preoccupation with violence and torture and death". The then 15-year-olds were also said to have discussed killing other children who they knew.

A jury of seven men and five women have been played CCTV footage taken onboard the number 28 bus which Brianna caught from Birchwood Station to Culcheth Library on the day she was killed. She had earlier been seen on a Ring doorbell camera leaving her home in the Birchwood area of the town at around 12.45pm.
A statement which was read to the court on behalf of bus driver Kieran Mercer said: "From the moment I saw her, I felt there was something odd about her. I felt as if she was going out of her way not to be seen.
"She was very timid and quietly spoken. She gave the impression she was just someone who wanted to be left alone."
At 1.41pm, Brianna messaged her mum Esther Ghey to say: "I’m on bus by myself. I’m scared"
She was said to have "last logged on to WhatsApp" at 1.47pm. Ms Ghey then replied, saying "oh, that’s well good xx", but "received no read receipt from this message".
Girl X and Boy Y then met Brianna as she got off the bus, before the three were seen on CCTV walking towards Culcheth Linear Park. Another Ring doorbell camera on a house pictured the three together for the final time at 2.02pm as they entered an alleyway leading to the park.
A dog walker later called 999 at 3.13pm after finding Brianna gravely injured. She was pronounced dead at the scene at 4.02pm.
The trial, before Mrs Justice Yip, continues. It is expected to last three to four weeks in total.
