Carol Vorderman has opened up about her health battle as she urges people to "talk".
The former Countdown presenter, 62, often keeps her fans posted with updates and videos on her life on her social media platforms. Earlier this year Carol announced she had been selected to be one of Vogue magazine's 25 "Powerhouse" women alongside huge names such as Kylie Minogue and Jodie Comer.
But today, the star shared an honest update about her menopause experience. In her 50's, Carol admitted she suffered from hormonal depression for six months before finding a "fix".
