A boy was arrested after iPads were stolen from a school.
Officers were called to a break-in at St Barnabas Primary School in Warrington at around 7.40am on Wednesday, January 17. Police went to the school and found unknown offenders had broken into the school and stolen a number of iPads.
Detectives believe the incident happened at around 6.40am on Wednesday, January 17. Following enquiries, a 17-year-old boy from the area was arrested in relation to the incident. Some of the stolen iPads were also recovered.

The teenager is currently being held in custody where he is being questioned by officers.
Inspector Anna Keefe said: “While this investigation remains in the early stages, I do hope that this swift arrest will provide some comfort for the teachers, parents, and pupils from the school.
“Community Support officers are patrolling the area to provide reassurance and I would urge anyone with any concerns to speak to an officer."
