Police have given an update after a police helicopter circled overhead as officers raided a home.
Merseyside Police set up a cordon on Farnworth Street, Kensington, at the junction of Boaler Street on Friday afternoon (January 20). At least half a dozen police cars were inside the cordon, with officers guarding either end.
Video from the scene also showed a police helicopter hovering over the area while police were at the scene. At the time of the incident, Police confirmed they put a cordon in place while they carried out a warrant at the home.

In an update, police said two men, aged 30 and 60, were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug. Both men received a community resolution order.
