First look inside new Tiger Rock restaurant on Renshaw Street
We were shown inside the restaurant shortly after it opened
Pictures taken by the Liverpool ECHO show the stunning interior of a new Asian restaurant in the city centre.
Tiger Rock was first opened in 2016 on Smithdown Road by owners Vikki and Kean Teh. Its menu of small plates, featuring Thai, Chinese, Malaysian, Singaporean, Vietnamese and Laotian dishes, proved a smash hit with Asian food lovers.
Tiger Rock soon garnered enough popularity to expand. The business opened a new site on North John Street in Liverpool city centre on its first anniversary.

Vikki told the ECHO at the time that they were “ecstatic” to open in a prime location. Now, it has announced another restaurant in town.
Its latest venue is located on Renshaw Street, opposite the Asian themed street food market. The new location will be perfect for tucking into menu favourites such as roast crispy belly pork in hoisin sauce and stuffed tofu in a chilli tamarind sauce.
There is also a smaller takeaway menu where ordered items can be collected from the restaurant. For children aged 10 and under, a Cubs menu is available.
The extensive drink selection will remain popular, including Bombay Sapphire and Liverpool Gin. There is also a large private room that can be hired for business or private dining.
The new venue is located at 78 – 82 Renshaw Street. It is open from Sunday to Thursday every week.
