The three-day event concluded today
Thousands flocked to Aintree Racecourse for Grand National Day on Saturday with photos showing just how excited racegoers were about the big day.
The sun came out for in the third day of the event for racegoers as they celebrated one of the most famous sporting events in the world. This year Corach Rambler won the renowned steeplechase race, with Vanillier in second and Big Dog third.
Liverpool is no stranger to high profile names, but the festival seems to attract more than ever. A number of celebrities were spotted today, including actor Dominic West, Jorgie Porter, Christopher Biggins, Former football manager Steve Bruce, Harry Redknapp, Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo and more.

Many people arrived in their finest outfits, all geared up for a great day out at the races. We also saw a change to dress code rules, as this year The Jockey Club confirming it has taken a relaxed view.
