21 photos of fashion in Liverpool city centre a decade ago
Chinos and printed leggings were just some of the trends at that time
It's easy to forget the fashion trends we once followed and the clothes that hung in our wardrobes.
While some clothes and accessories are now a thing of the past, others continue to resurface – or transport us back to another time. It doesn't feel that long ago, but when you see these images taken in 2012, 2013 and 2014, you may feel differently.
The Liverpool ECHO recently delved into the archives to rediscover street style images from 2009, as well as 2010 and 2011 – and now we've found even more from around a decade ago.

Taken across the city centre, these photos capture a number of looks that were popular in the city at that time. From popular hairstyles to chinos and printed leggings, you may spot some familiar faces.
