A Liverpool dad has opened up on his never-ending grief after he lost his partner in the Manchester Arena bombing.
Paul Price lost his partner Elaine McIver in the 2017 attack that killed 22 people. He also suffered serious injuries himself and spent two weeks in a coma, followed by eight months in hospital after the bombing.
Paul was interviewed on today's edition of Good Morning Britain after the final inquiry into the incident found the bomber could have been stopped if MI5 acted on key intelligence. MI5's Director General Ken McCallum has expressed his "deep regret" after the inquiry – and Paul told broadcasters Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard the findings are devastating.

He said: "Following the inquiry, I knew there were failings and it's good the chairman has highlighted it. Hearing it and seeing it in black and white is devastating to think it might not have possibly happened and it's hard to hear." Paul issued a heartfelt tribute to his partner's memory as he said he'll never be able to move on. He added: "She was amazing.
"She was someone who you'd meet and she'd put you at ease. You felt like you'd known her all your life. You felt like you could tell her everything.
"She was an organiser and used to organise me and I need organising. To me, she was my world and I still can't believe she's gone."
Kate was visibly emotional and branded the findings as "devastating" and "tragic". The broadcaster offered words of support as she said: "The fact that you've got those incredible memories, hopefully in time will be something you can think of, treasure and take comfort in."
