Ben Shephard was taken aback by Kate Garraway's career confession on Good Morning Britain.

The broadcasters returned to front Friday's edition of the ITV news programme. They covered the major news stories of the day in another jam-packed episode.

They anchored debates on whether it is acceptable to embellish details on your CV after Danny Dyer revealed some of the lies he has told when applying for a job. Kate revealed she has only ever been asked to hand in a CV once during her career.

She said: "The only time was when I applied for a summer job when I was doing A Levels at a loo roll packaging firm.

"I do remember saying, I'm sure I wrote it down, that I was actually really organised." Ben and Kate enjoy a close relationship and he aimed a cheeky jibe at his co-host.

The Tipping Point host was in hysterics as he warned you can get a criminal record for lying on your CV. He added: "Up to 10 years in jail."

Kate responded: "Are you suggesting that's criminal to say I'm organised?" Ben shot back: "What's the statute of limitations on Kate's lying."
