Brianna Ghey killer Scarlett Jenkinson has "expressed the desire to kill again" after drawing up a new "kill list" while in custody.
The 16-year-old and her accomplice Eddie Ratcliffe were this week locked up for life after being found guilty of the teenager's murder. Brianna was stabbed 28 times during a savage attack in Culcheth Linear Park in Warrington on February 11 last year.
Brianna had been one of six children placed on a so-called "kill list" devised by the two as they exchanged a series of disturbing WhatsApp messages in the weeks before the brutal assault. But Deanna Heer KC, prosecuting, described during their sentencing today, Friday, how "another kill list" had been found in the secure unit where Jenkinson is currently being held – with this new list having contained the names of "a number of people who were caring for her".

Richard Littler KC, defending Ratcliffe, also referenced the "new kill list" during his address. He said it had "two or three members of staff on it".
Manchester Crown Court also also heard at Friday's sentencing that Jenkinson had confessed to Brianna's murder for the first time. Ms Heer outlined how she admitted to a doctor last month, during the preparation of a psychiatric report in advance of the hearing, that both she and Ratcliffe had stabbed her to death.
She had previously claimed that her co-defendant was solely responsible. The prosecutor said: "Prior to the trial, Scarlett Jenkinson was assessed by Dr Richard Church.
"She gave an account to him which was limited, but in accordance with the evidence she gave subsequently in court. Subsequently, Dr Church went to see Scarlett again after she had been convicted of murder.
“She gave a different account. She said, effectively, that at the time of the killing she had in fact administered stab wounds herself.
"She said she had snatched the knife from Eddie’s hand and stabbed Brianna repeatedly. She said that Eddie had thrown Brianna to the floor and stabbed her three or four times then panicked and said he did not want to kill her, so Scarlett carried on.
“She was satisfied and excited by what she was doing. She was asked about her motivation.
"She said she enjoyed thinking about the plan to kill Brianna. But her motivation was because she considered Brianna a friend, anticipated that Brianna was going to leave her and she wanted to kill her so that she would always be with her.
“She admitted that she had intended to take part of Brianna’s body as a token and admitted that, in the earlier incident when Brianna suffered an overdose, she had given Brianna those tablets pretending that they would make her get high. She did so with the intention that they would poison Brianna.”
However, Jenkinson's counsel Richard Pratt KC, told the court that his client no longer maintained this account. He said: "Our instructions are now as they were at trial, that Eddie is responsible."
Of her claims to Dr Church, Mr Pratt added: "She said it was because she was responsible and she wanted herself to do the stabbing. She continues to accept, horrifying and gruesome as they are, some of the other features of the case as to what she intended to do, but for the intervention of the dog walkers."
Mrs Justice Yip, who presided over the trial, locked up Jenkinson for life with a minimum term of 22 years on Friday afternoon. Ratcliffe must serve at least 20 years before becoming eligible for release on licence.
The high court judge told Jenkinson in her sentencing remarks: "You have changed your account since the trial. You have admitted taking part in Brianna’s murder.
"You have said things about what you did and how you felt both to Dr Church and to others, including the author of the pre-sentence report. You have lied so many times that it is impossible to know what is true and what is not.
"There are, though, worrying things in the recent reports. You have expressed the desire to kill again.
"If those thoughts continue, you will not be released. You have shown no remorse."
