As an example, families can book a 7-night all-inclusive trip, departing from Manchester Airport, on February 11 at the 4+ star Aska Lara Resort and Spa in Antalya for £599 per person. This includes a 22kg baggage allowance, each, and return transfers.
This week easyJet announced a similar scheme where certain relatives go free. The package holiday company has launched a new initiative after seeing a rise in holidaymakers bringing older relatives along on their travels in 2023.
So this year, grandparents can bag a free place as part of a family booking to a number of European countries.
Alternatively, TUI is currently offering thousands of last minute deals, with holiday prices from £288 per person.
