Junk food venue Hi Kitty is preparing to open a new store on Berry Street.

The business draws close inspiration from the Japanese character and mascot Hello Kitty, sharing a strikingly similar image of the iconic cat. The venue opts for a bright pink aesthetic and eye-catching branding alongside a similarly cute and endearing interior.

Hi Kitty serves up junk-food classics such as pizza, burgers, shakes, waffles and wings, available for dining in or takeaway.

The venue already has three locations across Liverpool – Wallasey, Rice Lane and Old Swan. Signs and imagery have been posted in the upcoming Berry Street venue advertising its arrival as "coming soon" along with an email address for job applications.

Hi Kitty is nestled between cocktail bar Red Door and an upcoming convenience store although no opening date has been revealed for the latter. Further along the street is Japanese pancake business Fluffy Fluffy which aims to open "very soon."
