A woman has recurring nightmares after she was kidnapped, force fed glass and faeces and sexually assaulted in a sickening six-hour ordeal.

Elisha Robinson and Jodie Colvin, both 23, kidnapped the 21-year-old woman and took her to a bungalow, The Mirror reports. In addition to assaulting and force feeding her, they poured bleach and boiling water all over the victim.

The pair were high on cocaine and sent messages to each other encouraging the attacks. They filmed the vile acts on their mobile phones.

Robinson and Colvin were jailed for 12 years and nine months at Norwich Crown Court after jurors were told details of the barbaric assault. A 17-year-old boy, who was 16 at the time and cannot be named for legal reasons, was also jailed for six years at a youth detention centre for his involvement.

Later internet searches showed they had been trying to find ways of killing her and disposing of the body. Texts between the three perpetrators discussed "knocking her teeth out" and "tying her to a chair and beating her". Judge Andrew Shaw said Robinson and Colvin had shown remorse for their attack.

Despite this, there was no mitigation other than a guilty plea. He described it as "amongst the most serious, unpleasant I have ever dealt with" and a "terrible, terrifying and horrific attack".

In an impact statement, the victim said: "I really struggle to get my head around how a human being could treat another human being the way I was treated.

“And why did it happen to me? I can barely sleep as I keep reliving the whole thing and if I do sleep, I wake up terrified from recurring nightmares.

“The knock-on-effect of the assault and the damage it has caused to myself, and my family, will last forever. Nothing will ever be the same again."

Judge Shaw, who said Robinson and Colvin would at least serve two-thirds of their sentence behind bars, later praised the actions of a couple living nearby who cared for the victim after she escaped. The teenage boy admitted false imprisonment and inflicting GBH. He was also found guilty of assault by penetration and causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent.

After the hearing, Detective Sergeant Tom Cole of Norfolk Police, who led the investigation, said: “This was a horrific, calculated and vicious attack over a number of hours. The three defendants subjected her to a hugely traumatic event and none of us can imagine how truly awful that experience must have been for her.

“I want to thank her for showing such courage and bravery to tell us what they had done to her. I hope this sentence provides some closure and some justice."
