A road is cordoned off and a major emergency service presence is on the scene following a police incident in Garston.
Speke Road is currently blocked off with Merseyside Police and North West Ambulance Service at the scene. Officers are reportedly responding to an incident outside KFC.
A video sent to the Liverpool ECHO shows at least seven Merseyside Police patrol cars on the scene. We have contacted Merseyside Police for a response.
