Fans "cannot wait" as a brand new series featuring Knowsley Safari Park is set to air on TV next year.
Knowsley Safari Park has announced a new series that will give viewers the chance to see exclusive behind the scenes of what goes on, from footage of animals to the team that looks after them. And people cannot wait.
The six part series, from the makers of The Secret Life of the Zoo, will be on screens from 8pm on Channel 4 on January 4 and will be titled "Secret Life of the Safari Park".

The series promises viewers will get "exclusive behind-the-scenes access, showing extraordinary footage of the amazing animals that live here, the dedicated keepers who look after them, and some of our hilarious visitors".
Every week at 8pm viewers will be taken on a "captivating journey into the incredible lives of some of the rarest and most endangered creatures on earth". And episode One will include:
- Delve into the captivating dynamics of an African lion pride as they navigate their intricate social hierarchy.
- Witness the heart-stopping intensity of a Congo buffalo calf's birth.
- Follow the escapades of Cosmo, a mischievous Fallow deer as he attempts to charm the ladies.
- See the heart-warming antics of Kevin the baboon as he comes of age.
Taking to Facebook, Knowsley Safari wrote: "Brace yourselves for some EXCITING news! Mark your calendars for Thursday 4th January 2024 at 8pm as Secret Life of the #SafariPark premieres on Channel 4!
"This exciting six-part series grants you exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpses into the world of Knowsley Safari with: extraordinary footage of our amazing animals, our dedicated animal team who look after them, some of our hilarious visitors."
