Slimming World fans have praised a "delicious" Cajun chicken recipe.
The dish was created by Sam's Slimming World Meals and proved very popular with fans. The recipe completely fills the plate and therefore keeps people full and satisfied, reports WalesOnline.
Sam shared the recipe with her 20,000 followers on Facebook and said Slimming World for her is not a diet, but rather a "way of life". Members of Slimming World "learn to plan and base meals on foods which are naturally low in calories and that will fill them up and keep them satisfied for longer".

- New potatoes
- Salad leaves
- Red cabbage
- Onion
- Grated carrot
- Lighter than light mayonnaise
- Fat-free natural yoghurt
- Garlic
- Peppers
- Cucumber
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cajun seasoning
- Lightest butter
- Parsley
Many were quick to comment and share her idea with others. Richard Stone said: "Looks absolutely delicious and there's plenty as well it would cost a fortune in a café so well done hope you enjoyed it." Lorraine Brownlie added: "Looks delicious and plenty of it."
Sam had great success with Slimming World, stating she lost three stone from the diet in "around six months". She created her page to "inspire and give others ideas on what slimming world meals you can really enjoy with a fraction of the calories involved."
