Amazon shoppers are in awe of a £10 spot treatment with over 36,000 reviews online.
Having a pesky spot on your face can be a real pain, especially if you have an important event coming up. One product in particular available to purchase from Amazon has received thousands of positive reviews from shoppers who claim it works 'overnight'.
The Dots for Spots Acne Patches are priced at £10.79 for a pack of 60 and offer translucent coverage that helps your spot 'heal'. Described as 'hydrocolloid patches' the thin patches promise to seamlessly blend into the skin to prevent picking, touching and popping.

For best results, its advised that you wear the patch for 6+ hours, or simply leave them on overnight. Once the translucent patch has turned opaque white, it's ready to be removed.
The spot patches are vegan, as well as fragrance, alcohol and paraben free. Shoppers have rated the patches a generous 4.3 out of 5 online.
In the reviews, one shopper said: "Tried these the other year and they were amazing. Made the mistake of buying a different cheaper brand the next time. Well, I quickly ordered these again. They stick amazing! I wore a few overnight and in the morning I had to feel around my face for where I'd put them because I couldn't easily see them in the mirror. This is amazing if you've got to go outside with them on as they are super discreet compared to others that are definitely noticeable. They actually draw out the gunk and reduce redness. A second shopper said: "These have been a game changer for me! Stopped the need to pick or pop my pimples so that they heal quickly and don’t tend to leave a mark. I buy them a LOT! I’ve also bought the Skin Choice ones and Mighty Patch but these were much better. Skin Choice ones fall apart and don’t actually resolve the pimple, Mighty Patch aren’t flat so are more obvious and can’t be worn with makeup. I usually have at least one of these on when I’m working and they aren’t noticeable under my foundation, I don’t wear thick foundation either. These can be worn for 12 hours without irritating the skin, they come off easily and stick on easily. I put them on after cleansing (using tweezers)."
