The National Television Awards 2023 nominations have been confirmed ahead of the star-studded ceremony.
The glitzy event will return on Tuesday, September 5 as TV's biggest names grace the red carpet at London's O2 Arena. Joel Dommett will once again host as the stars find out who is crowned the winner's at this year's prestigious ceremony.
This Morning will aim to retain its title as the best daytime show and is up against programmes such as The Chase, Loose Women and The Repair Shop. ITV's flagship daytime programme has been rocked with controversy over the past 12 months as Phillip Schofield stepped down after he admitted an affair with a younger male colleague.
Phillip Schofield and his former broadcasting partner, Holly Willoughby, were both longlisted in the awards for this year's best presenter. However, neither of the presenters have been included in the final five.
